Responsibilities
Drive FM growth at Voltix by delivering tailored technical solutions to Facilities Managers
Proactively source, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within commercial and public-sector estates
Engage Facilities Managers, Heads of Estates, and senior property stakeholders through confident, value-led conversations
Identify operational risks, compliance gaps, and performance issues across maintenance, compliance, energy, and building services
Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
Lead the creation of persuasive proposals, scopes of work, and pricing models
Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts
Drive opportunities to close through effective negotiation and objection handling
Requirements
Proven success in a new business or hunter-style sales role within FM, building services, or a technical B2B environment
Demonstrable track record of self-generating leads and winning new clients
Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and influencing buying decisions
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High levels of motivation, resilience, and organisation
Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
