About the role

  • BDR responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying clients for Neocredit. Aiming to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team with innovative credit solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active prospecting of new clients via email, phone, LinkedIn and other lead-generation tools.
  • Identify and qualify companies with potential fit for Neocredit's solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and map strategic accounts.
  • Record and track interactions with leads in the CRM.
  • Support outbound campaigns and the creation of commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to optimize opportunity generation.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company's sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a BDR, SDR or B2B Sales Prospector.
  • Knowledge of prospecting techniques and outbound approaches.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with leads.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience prospecting products and solutions for the financial sector, preferably focused on credit and collections, is a plus.
