About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured rotational program across Incentive Program Management, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Sales, and Market Analysis & Forecasting.
  • Gain hands-on experience, working on impactful projects, and developing critical professional skills.
  • Analyze the ROI and effectiveness of current and proposed retail incentive programs.
  • Research pre-owned market trends, including auction activity and residual value fluctuations.
  • Support forecasting by gathering and analyzing sales and inventory data to project future demand.

Requirements

  • Preferred Degree: Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.
  • Collaboration across departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Professionalism, initiative, and curiosity to learn.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
