Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program across Retail Analytics & Program Coordination, After Sales Analytics, and Franchise & Facility Operations.
Collaborate with regional leadership, dealership partners, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, support key business initiatives, and drive operational excellence across the Eastern Region.
Conduct retail sales, inventory, and wholesale performance analysis to identify market trends.
Develop and automate reports for the field and dealer network to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support regional forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts in coordination with HQ Sales Operations.
Assist in coordinating regional programs and initiatives that improve dealer performance.
Provide analytical and administrative support to enhance communication and alignment across regional teams.
Requirements
Preferred Degree Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Analytical thinking and data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Adaptability, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional presentations and reporting.
