About the role

  • Student Assistant supporting the planning and execution of customer events for ABB. Managing participant invitations and documentation, while creating presentations and liaising with venues.

Responsibilities

  • Support in planning, organizing and executing customer events at company locations and in the sales regions
  • Participant management – preparing invitations, certificates and documentation in the CRM system
  • Handling booking inquiries with service providers, hotels and event venues
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

  • You are studying Event Management or Marketing.
  • You have a good understanding of technical products.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You are communicative, articulate, reliable and detail-oriented.
  • You are flexible and have a quick grasp of new information.
