Responsibilities
Maximise customer value by strengthening lifecycle, upsell and partner-ad capabilities in Braze
Help build and maintain the technical foundation of our CRM ecosystem
Enhance and maintain Braze infrastructure such as templates, content blocks, components, events, segments and reusable logic
Design automations and workflows that reduce manual execution and improve scalability
Build complex lifecycle, upsell and partner-ad journeys through Braze and other platforms
Translate business requirements into clear triggers, eligibility rules and personalised message logic
Support partner campaigns by configuring templates, segmentation and tracking across email, push and in-app
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Data and commercial teams on event design, data flows and CRM-related system updates
Ensure high operational quality through QA, documentation, governance standards and structured experimentation
Requirements
3 or more years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation
Advanced experience working in Braze or similar customer engagement platforms
Strong understanding of CRM data structures including events, user attributes and triggers
Ability to understand technical documentation, APIs and integrations supporting CRM workflows
Comfort working with JSON, HTML, Liquid and data schemas without needing to code
Experience improving workflows, introducing automation and increasing platform efficiency
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
