About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner to oversee recruitment for Fleet Operations in the DACH region. Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to support their recruitments
  • Advise on all areas relating to talent acquisition and coach continuously on Voi's best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and wider People & Culture function
  • Own and drive the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Source directly and build diversified candidature pipelines
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a stellar candidate experience

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working with end to end recruitment, preferable within technical, product and commercial roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques together with a skill of finding talents outside of the obvious places
  • Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English AND German
