About the role

Responsibilities
- Focus on the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of in-field and warehouse operations across several Italian cities
- Support the fleet organization in delivering operational excellence across set KPIs
- Define and shape the operations strategy — including logistics partner management, workforce planning, and service design execution
- Drive high-quality data management to enable strong decision-making
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Manage cross-functional operations projects to ensure successful implementation
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in Italian
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in operations or strategy, ideally from consulting or a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data management, in-depth data analysis, and delivering actionable insights
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and aligning local and central teams
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions, identify performance drivers, and implement improvements collaboratively
