Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for executive, managerial, and strategic positions, from profile alignment to final offer.
Perform active hunting, market mapping, and outreach to senior professionals.
Act as a strategic partner to business areas, ensuring a deep understanding of requirements and providing consultative support.
Build qualified pipelines and manage volumes of up to 30 concurrent openings.
Prepare and conduct competency-based interviews at senior and executive levels.
Manage test stages, assessments, and other evaluation tools when applicable.
Ensure processes are aligned with best practices for diversity, inclusion, and candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve the attraction and selection journey.
Prepare reports and executive presentations on process progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Fluent English (used in interviews, stakeholder alignments, and presentations).
Minimum of 5 years of proven Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in large organizations and dynamic environments.
Solid experience managing executive and managerial-level vacancies.
Experience handling high volume with approximately 30 simultaneous openings.
Proficient in competency-based interview methodologies and assessment tools.
Strong market-mapping and hunting skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
