About the role
- Senior Analyst for Supply Chain planning and executing material supply for GOL Linhas Aéreas. Fostering inventory management and communication with related areas for decision making.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the supply of materials, taking into account probability of failure, consumption history, and maintenance schedule.
- Calculate optimal stock levels and identify the need for preventive purchases to reduce the risk of stockouts.
- Support inventory budget control by monitoring receipts and issues, comparing actuals versus budgeted values, and identifying deviations and root causes.
- Analyze and propose inventory replenishment strategies aligned with corporate policy and inventory health indicators.
- Apply inventory management methodologies (ABC/XYZ, safety stock, reorder point) to optimize costs.
- Prepare strategic studies to optimize inventory and reduce emergency purchases.
- Maintain active communication with related areas (Engineering, Purchasing, Foreign Trade/COMEX, Operations) to align demands and mitigate risks.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, relevant information for directors and managers, strengthening decision-making.
- Participate in KPI governance and leadership presentations, delivering in-depth analyses and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (preferred: AMOS, SAP, or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA.
- Spanish considered a plus.
- Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma.
- Intermediate English (advanced level is a plus).
- Experience with continuous improvement tools.
