About the role

  • Assistente de Compras supporting Riachuelo's sourcing team to manage supplier orders and internal communication. Collaboration with product managers for routine activities in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Issuing and managing the supplier order portfolio;
  • Daily follow-up with suppliers;
  • Direct contact with internal departments;
  • Management of product samples;
  • Direct support to the product manager, assisting with routine commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Completed or in-progress bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion (or related fields);
  • Knowledge of MS Office and intermediate Excel;
  • English is a plus;
  • SAP and Power BI considered a plus;
  • Organized and agile in managing department demands;
  • Hybrid work arrangement.
