About the role

  • Assistente de Compras supporting the product area at Riachuelo, managing orders and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Product Manager, assisting with commercial activities;
  • Issue purchase orders in the system for both imported and domestic items;
  • Manage the order portfolio (scheduling, QC samples);
  • Maintain relationships and perform follow-up with suppliers, including tracking deliveries and aligning production statuses;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Retail, Commerce or related fields;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience with SAP and PLM systems is considered a plus;
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities efficiently;
  • Good communication skills and ease interacting with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external;
