Responsibilities
Register digital content in a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
Control receipt and posting of digital teaching materials using spreadsheets and management platforms
Organize registration workflows according to the schedule
Manage repositories for material control, monitoring update processes
Monitor support tickets and make occasional adjustments to courses
Perform checking, updating, and validation processes during course re-offering stages
Verify academic spreadsheets to generate virtual classroom openings in the learning environment
Upload files to video platforms
Transfer video links into course planning files.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed (Languages, Pedagogy, Business Administration)
Preferred experience in distance/online education (EAD)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of new technological resources applicable to education
Experience using virtual learning platforms and environments
Familiarity with Virtual Learning Environments (Blackboard, LXP, Canvas, D2L, or others)
Continuing education in areas related to digital platforms, distance education, and/or instructional design is a plus.
