About the role

  • Field Marketing Specialist responsible for high-impact marketing initiatives at Malt, enhancing brand awareness and client engagement across France and globally.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness
  • Generate high-quality leads and nurture Malt clients in France and globally
  • Collaborate with the global marketing squad, sharing best practices
  • Support cross-regional campaigns to align with the global sales strategy
  • Partner with marketing teams to create and localize campaigns for the French market
  • Establish the events calendar and organize events in coordination with Enterprise and global sales teams
  • Analyze results, metrics, and reports to assess the effectiveness of programs

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Business driven: You act with a growth mindset, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI
  • Tools: Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Stakeholder management: Experience supporting complex buying cycles, working effectively with large commercial teams, and aligning multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Project management mastery: Strong project management skills; you work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Language: Native-level French and professional fluency in English are mandatory
