Responsibilities
Design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness
Generate high-quality leads and nurture Malt clients in France and globally
Collaborate with the global marketing squad, sharing best practices
Support cross-regional campaigns to align with the global sales strategy
Partner with marketing teams to create and localize campaigns for the French market
Establish the events calendar and organize events in coordination with Enterprise and global sales teams
Analyze results, metrics, and reports to assess the effectiveness of programs
Requirements
3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
Business driven: You act with a growth mindset, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI
Tools: Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Stakeholder management: Experience supporting complex buying cycles, working effectively with large commercial teams, and aligning multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
Project management mastery: Strong project management skills; you work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Language: Native-level French and professional fluency in English are mandatory
