Responsibilities
Implement strategic leadership development programs and execute events focused on training and integrating organizational leaders.
Identify leaders’ training and development needs by analyzing indicators such as performance evaluations and feedback from leaders and employees.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of leadership programs using indicators such as ROI, NPS and qualitative/quantitative reports.
Conduct detailed analyses of program participation and effectiveness, generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare reports on performance, participation and the impact of programs and events delivered.
Plan and assist in the facilitation of events such as workshops, strategy meetings and agendas focused on upskilling and integrating leadership teams.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor hiring, schedule organization and preparation of materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Experience with leadership development pathways.
Experience organizing training events and leader engagement activities.
English and Spanish: Intermediate.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
