About the role
- Assurance Portfolio Analyst role focusing on project management for BSI Assurance portfolio. Supporting governance, compliance, and strategic value delivery within hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- supports effective management and oversight of the BSI Assurance project portfolio.
- ensures high‑quality portfolio reporting, strengthens governance and compliance, and enables strategic prioritisation and resource optimisation.
- accountable for the management and capture of training data, analysis, and reporting
- responsible for the development and maintenance of Dashboards measuring performance and reporting
- analyzing data to identify opportunities and promote improvements
- meeting deadlines and project timeframes
- support and occasionally lead on development of some systems
- support team with development, measuring and reporting metrics and KPI’s.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant project management, PMO, or change‑related role.
- Proficiency with portfolio/reporting tools: PPM, MS Project, Excel, Power BI (including DAX and data modelling).
- Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks: PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, MoP/P3O principles.
- Demonstrated experience in governance, compliance, and reporting within a PMO/Centre of Excellence.
- Ability to support benefits identification, financial tracking (OpenX/Capex), and variance analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to translate data into executive‑ready insights.
- Language: English C1.
