About the role

  • Insight Analyst delivering impactful supporter insights for informed decisions at Arsenal. Collaborating across teams for strategic knowledge and recommendations about supporter experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse supporter behaviour trends - you’ll identify patterns in engagement and share meaningful insights that guide planning and decision making
  • Create and distribute insight reports - you will deliver a range of weekly and monthly reports that support key commercial stakeholders
  • Support forecasting and modelling - you'll work closely with the Senior Insight Analyst on supporter forecasts and bespoke modelling projects
  • Design and analyse research surveys - you will help build supporter surveys and CX touchpoints and turn results into insight-led recommendations
  • Support digital analytics requests - you'll work with teams across Social, Marketing, Partnerships, Campaigns and Retail to interpret GA4 data across our platforms
  • Contribute to social analytics reporting - you will use Emplifi to meet a variety of social reporting needs
  • Turn segmentation insights into action - you'll share findings from our segmentation work to help teams create more targeted and valuable supporter experiences

Requirements

  • Insights or analysis experience - you have previously worked in research, insights, data analysis or a similar discipline
  • Advanced analytical capability - you are confident working with Microsoft Excel and interpreting complex datasets
  • Knowledge of key digital tools - you understand Google Analytics 4 and ideally have familiarity with SQL, DataBricks, Looker Studio, or BigQuery
  • Proactive problem solver - you enjoy tackling challenges and finding creative ways to deliver clear and actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management - you build effective relationships, communicate confidently and adapt your insights for a wide range of audiences
  • Collaborative and passionate team player - you bring energy, curiosity and a desire to drive progress across our club through teamwork and collaboration
  • Relevant academic background - you're ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a mathematics‑related discipline.
