About the role

  • Commercial Executive with a focus on managing sales strategies and client relationships at GOL Linhas Aéreas. Seeking to develop market trends and expanding business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and monitor market trends;
  • Monitor GOL's competitive position in the market;
  • Ensure delivery of sales targets;
  • Execute the commercial strategy for the segment and plan commercial actions with clients;
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients;
  • Support fulfillment of internal and external requests by working cross-functionally;
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities;
  • Promote awareness of GOL's products, services, processes, policies, and commercial practices to clients;
  • Prepare materials and deliver presentations at client meetings;
  • Represent GOL at events;
  • Identify and close commercial negotiations;
  • Prospect new clients or secure new events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience in commercial sales and field sales;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Experience in data analysis and negotiation;
  • Knowledge of systems: Sabre, BI, CRM;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Own vehicle;
  • Preferred: English or Spanish.
