Responsibilities
Understand and monitor market trends;
Monitor GOL's competitive position in the market;
Ensure delivery of sales targets;
Execute the commercial strategy for the segment and plan commercial actions with clients;
Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients;
Support fulfillment of internal and external requests by working cross-functionally;
Identify and capture new business opportunities;
Promote awareness of GOL's products, services, processes, policies, and commercial practices to clients;
Prepare materials and deliver presentations at client meetings;
Represent GOL at events;
Identify and close commercial negotiations;
Prospect new clients or secure new events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Experience in commercial sales and field sales;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Experience in data analysis and negotiation;
Knowledge of systems: Sabre, BI, CRM;
Availability to travel;
Own vehicle;
Preferred: English or Spanish.
