Responsibilities
You translate marketing/CVM (Customer Value Management) objectives into clear technical requirements and support implementation together with IT, Data, and MarTech teams.
You plan and lead departmental projects with a focus on the link between CVM, Technology/IT, and Digital.
You ensure proactive alignment with all relevant stakeholders/interfaces: regular coordination, documented decisions, and transparent status updates.
You orchestrate our system landscape (Octopus on GCP, APIs to service providers, CDP), ensure data availability, prioritize integrations, and guarantee interface quality.
You continuously improve our processes, drive automation, and establish reusable standards.
You define KPIs and reporting for project success tracking and monitor them.
You prepare decision papers, including for management levels (OCC/OCE and ExCo), and present project results at team and management levels (up to Head of Division (BL)).
Requirements
Successfully completed university or university-of-applied-sciences degree in business administration, computer science, or engineering.
At least four years of professional experience in technical project and program management.
Strong ability to translate marketing requirements into technical deliverables; ownership of the entire end-to-end process from business objectives to actionable technical designs.
Conceptual understanding of APIs, events, data models, and the Google Cloud Platform, as well as common MarTech/AdTech stacks (e.g., CRM, campaign management, CDP).
Ability to manage people and resources: social skills, negotiation capability, and strong communication skills across all channels.
Ability to adapt well to the conventions and practices of the respective environment.
Business-fluent English, spoken and written (C1 CEFR).
