Responsibilities
Develop integrated marketing strategies for Messe Berlin events in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Plan, coordinate and manage all necessary marketing activities in cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external creative and media agencies
Continuously optimize marketing activities based on analyses of defined KPIs; derive and present actionable recommendations
Advise project teams on performance-optimized marketing and communications campaigns
Act as an internal driver for current marketing trends
Provide strategic counsel on the management of the Messe Berlin brands
Budget planning, monitoring and coordination with internal stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent qualification; or several years of relevant professional experience
Solid professional experience in managing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns, ideally with a B2B focus
Proven hands-on experience in integrated media planning
Strong conceptual skills and experience working across disciplines and channels
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
Experience in strategic brand management
Good PC skills (MS Office)
Business-fluent German and very good English skills
