Responsibilities
- Serves as the enterprise execution leader for the Data & Digital organization
- Ensures that executive strategy translates into measurable business outcomes by driving governance, alignment, and delivery across the highest-priority initiatives
- Operating as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership
- Provides structure to ambiguity, establishes execution discipline across the portfolio
- Ensures enterprise initiatives progress from decision to durable results
- Owns the integrated D&D initiative portfolio, maintaining a single, enterprise-wide view of priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and risk
- Establishes and maintains governance frameworks that align strategic objectives with execution commitments
- Leads end-to-end delivery of the organization’s most critical, cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise execution roles
- Proven track record driving large, ambiguous initiatives to completion
- Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with senior leaders
- Ability to operate independently with limited direction with a strong bias toward action
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience operating in matrixed or highly complex organizations
- Background supporting large, enterprise transformations
- Comfort navigating informal influence networks
- Ability to challenge leaders constructively
