Responsibilities
Asesorar, guiar y resolver los requerimientos técnicos y funcionales de los usuarios de SAP Ariba y otras soluciones en idioma español, inglés y portugués.
Facilitar la adopción mediante la creación de material de valor que facilite el uso de la herramienta.
Seguimiento constante en la atención de solicitudes de soporte hasta su resolución.
Seguimiento en la atención de proveedores para los diferentes eventos de las cuentas.
Aclarar dudas al equipo y ser fuente de información para quien lo solicite.
Creación de manuales y guías rápidas para la atención de clientes y/o capacitación.
Requirements
Estudiante de Ingeniería industrial o carrera a fin
3er. año universitario en adelante
Capacidad de trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios con un enfoque ágil
Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas
Ingles intermedio - avanzado (escrito y hablado)
Portugués intermedio - avanzado (escrito y hablado)
Proactividad y disposición al aprendizaje.
