Responsibilities
Point de contact privilégié des utilisateurs clients, contribuant à leur satisfaction
Prendre en charge et traiter les demandes d’assistance via la plateforme de ticketing
Comprendre les problématiques rencontrées et fournir des conseils techniques
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des tickets pour garantir une résolution rapide
Analyser et résoudre les incidents (N1/N2) en lien avec le support éditeur (N3) et les consultants
Identifier, reproduire et qualifier les anomalies signalées
Intervenir à distance directement sur l’environnement du client lorsque nécessaire
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du support
Requirements
Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en informatique, conception industrielle ou mécanique, ou cursus équivalent
3 ans d’expérience en support technique et/ou développement
Expérience souhaitée en support technique, idéalement dans un environnement PLM et/ou CAO
Connaissance des environnements Windows, des bases de données (SQL Server, Oracle), des réseaux, APIs, logs applicatifs et outils de CAO
Anglais technique apprécié.
