- Technical leader in software development and QA at VIVO, driving digital transformation and operational excellence through team leadership and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for development and QA squads, fostering a high-performance culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce technical, architectural, and quality standards for digital solutions, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices, test automation, and QA governance.
- Act as a technical mentor, developing talent, facilitating knowledge transfer, and promoting agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and quality approaches.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, aligning technology with VIVO's strategy and promoting integration between business and IT.
- Ensure QA governance across processes, from defining acceptance criteria to test automation, production monitoring, and management of quality metrics.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for technological modernization, evolving legacy platforms, and adopting new tools.
- Lead the resolution of critical incidents, perform log analysis, trace failures, and make data-driven decisions.
- Actively participate in defining the technical roadmap, prioritizing demands, and managing risks.
Requirements
- Higher education completed preferred — Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Solid experience in technical leadership of development and QA teams.
- Proficiency in modern languages (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript), test automation frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cypress), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code.
- Advanced knowledge of software quality practices, including TDD, BDD, code review, monitoring, and observability.
- Experience in telecommunications environments is a plus.
