About the role
- Cost Analyst managing construction costs in residential projects at Tenda. Collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in budgeting and cost management.
Responsibilities
- Work on parameterizations, cost estimation, studies and cost management for projects, supporting the company's land purchase decision-making;
- Prepare comprehensive construction cost estimates, considering materials, services, technical specifications and company guidelines;
- Coordinate with designers (structure, foundation and other disciplines) for clarifications, technical alignment and to obtain information needed for cost composition;
- Present cost analyses, showing variances, explanations and financial impacts;
- Collaborate with internal departments to align assumptions, gather data and develop cost estimates;
- Request quotes for services and materials, ensuring price bases are up to date and accurate;
- Perform quantity takeoffs when necessary, based on drawings, specifications and other technical documents;
- Review project documents to identify risks, opportunities and technical consistency during the budgeting stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Experience preparing budgets for residential construction projects;
- Knowledge of preparing unit price compositions;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD;
- Experience with BIM is a plus;
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
