About the role

• Functional Analyst SAP SD ensuring excellence in sales and distribution processes at Vivo. Managing requirements and supporting SAP system enhancements and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business areas.
• Configure and customize the SAP SD module according to specifications.
• Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, etc.).
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Execute unit and integrated tests.
• Support end users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and SAP best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technology field.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience in telecommunications or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of mass billing processes and high-volume environments.
• Certification in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and S/4HANA.
• SAP certifications or experience in implementation/migration projects.
• Experience working in telecommunications or large service companies.
• Intermediate English.
• Basic ABAP knowledge for debugging.
