About the role
- SAP Inhouse Consultant developing and managing interfaces between SAP systems and third-party applications. Collaborating on the implementation of the enterprise-wide interface strategy at BEIT GmbH.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and optimize interfaces between SAP systems and third‑party applications
- Contribute to the further development of the company-wide interface strategy
- Support the technical migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and the SAP Integration Suite
- Analyze business unit requirements and implement performant, future‑proof integration solutions
- Take responsibility for documentation, quality assurance and monitoring of the interface landscape
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, an IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in interface development within the SAP environment (e.g. SAP PI/PO, SAP CI, ABAP, Java)
- Knowledge of modern web technologies and protocols (e.g. REST, SOAP, OAuth)
- Ideally experience with SAP Integration Suite and cloud technologies
- Good German and English language skills
