About the role

Responsibilities
- You will strengthen our team by supporting and further developing the SAP modules CS and SD, and by assisting with the implementation of CX-Service and SAP FSM.
- You will manage the current technician dispatch/control solutions and support the introduction of a new cloud-based Field Service Management system.
- You will drive the transformation of service applications to S/4HANA.
- As part of projects, you will advise the business units in defining requirements and prepare solution concepts.
- You will advise and train the business departments.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration
- Experience as a consultant for SAP SD or SAP CS, or alternatively as a key user in sales or service
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills for conducting workshops
- Good German and English skills
