Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Specialist role requiring technical expertise and client interaction in a hybrid work environment. Supporting sales processes and delivering tailored security solutions for corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the commercial process in the cybersecurity area, acting as the technical interface between the client, the sales team and the technology teams.
Your main mission is to identify needs, design tailored information security solutions and ensure proposals align with industry best practices.
Analyze technical requirements of corporate clients and assemble solution proposals for security.
Analyze public tenders and RFPs, understand the technical needs of clients in the government segment and gather requirements.
Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM) for manufacturers such as Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Check Point and Palo Alto.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs), highlighting the benefits of the solutions.
Participate in the design of secure architectures involving firewalls, EDRs, SIEM, SOAR, networks and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Provide technical defense/advocacy to client teams, facilitating understanding of requirements and the differentiators of the proposed solutions.
Monitor market trends, emerging threats, regulations and compliance requirements to stay up to date.
Interact with commercial, marketing, technical teams and vendors to validate and refine proposals.
Requirements
Solid experience in technical pre-sales, consulting or related areas of information security;
Strong knowledge of networks, protocols, operating systems, virtualization, endpoint protection, firewalls, cryptography, SIEM and SOAR;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Clear communication skills and a results-oriented mindset;
Cisco certification: CISSP, CCIE Security
Technical certifications (Security+, CHE, NSE, PCNSE, CISSP) and experience with industry vendors are a plus.
