About the role

  • Solutions Architect managing pre-sales responsibilities and technical advisory for clients in São Paulo. Collaborating to ensure solution excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Needs Diagnosis: Analyze complex scenarios to propose tailored architectures that align the client’s objectives with our portfolio.
  • High-Impact Presentations: Deliver technical demonstrations (PoCs) and executive presentations, translating technical specifications into business value.
  • Proposal Engineering: Prepare detailed technical scopes, ensuring the financial, technical, and operational feasibility of projects.
  • Commercial Partnership: Act as the right hand of Relationship Managers (RMs), providing the technical support necessary to close large accounts.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate scalability, security, availability, and performance requirements in all proposals.
  • Opportunity Identification: Detect gaps in the client’s environment that enable cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Contribute to optimizing architecture models aimed at cost reduction and increased delivery agility.
  • Systems Integration: Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the sold solution is fully integrated into the client’s infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecom), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP protocols, LAN, WAN, MAN architectures, and transport technologies.
  • Physical infrastructure expertise: Hands-on experience with Fiber Optics (PON and Metro networks) and Radio Frequency.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for pricing and PowerPoint for presentations).
  • Mobility: Category B driver’s license (CNH) and full availability for travel and flexible working hours.
  • Knowledge of Information Security (Firewalls, VPNs), Cloud Computing, and datacenter solutions.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales (Sales Engineering) or delivering complex IT/Telecom services.
  • Business acumen and negotiation skills.
