Responsibilities
Monitor and manage customer service activities, administratively coordinating the execution of processes related to installation, faults, and provisioning.
Meet requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
Responsible for guiding field personnel, assisting in problem analysis and resolution, and providing technical support for data equipment diagnostics.
Primarily responsible for ensuring technical performance, monitoring and verifying the proper functioning of machines, equipment, systems, and their components.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
