Managing the implementation of optical networks and ensuring quality and compliance in Brazil's infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Organize and control the activities related to the management of optical network deployments, for both your area of responsibility and suppliers, ensuring proper performance of subsequent functional and operational activities and compliance with defined SLAs.
Interact with other stakeholders, conducting diagnostics and proposing improvements and actions, always attentive to new market technologies, with a focus on optimizing network performance and control.
Meet the requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
Be familiar with Telefónica's Environmental Policy and implement it in daily activities to ensure best practices in the company’s environmental management.
Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and company Compliance policies.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in:
External optical network topologies;
Control, management and development tools: Excel, dashboards, Power BI;
People management and experience in supervising teams;
Project management experience;
Ability to solve complex problems with broad vision and the ability to identify innovative solutions;
Ability to interpret internal and external business needs and recommend best practices;
Management and leadership skills.
Preferred requirements:
Completed higher education.
