Responsibilities
Analyze companies' human resources policies and develop operational recommendations
Participate in meetings with elected representatives and management
Provide support and advisory services to employee representatives in high‑stakes projects (reorganizations, collective redundancy plans (PSE), mergers) or during the negotiation of agreements (workforce planning/GPEC, gender equality, employee savings plans, etc.)
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or from a business school
At least 2 years' experience in-house or in a consultancy, in roles such as HR analyst, social management controller, HR officer, or HR consultant
Solid expertise in industrial relations and comfortable analyzing issues and supporting social dialogue with employee representative bodies (IRP/CSE)
Proven experience leading HR projects and working in an advisory capacity
Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced proficiency with IT tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint
Autonomous and rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
