About the role

Responsibilities
- Support our clients in defining and implementing their digital strategy by analyzing their organizational and business challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, business analysts and designers, and ensure effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce deliverables such as functional specifications based on in-depth analysis, guiding development to meet core user needs.
- Facilitate transparent communication between business and technical teams during delivery to ensure a coherent implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a consultant in digital strategy or digital project management.
- Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific/technical field.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in complex organizations, including both business and technical profiles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level, both written and spoken). German is a plus.
- Strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI and emerging technologies.
