Responsibilities
Be the IT owner for the technology domains that support retail, including store operations, inventory, and logistics.
Participate in the implementation of solutions such as ERP, TMS, WMS, as well as exchange and voucher systems, using market technologies or internal developments, ensuring integration between platforms and legacy systems.
Support our consultants, partners, and development teams.
Important to have knowledge of physical stores and e-commerce to help with integration between systems.
Work with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical requirements;
Support development plans, ensuring delivery on time and within scope;
Support transforming functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with business needs.
Analyze and specify system integrations, including REST APIs, messaging, events, synchronous and asynchronous communication, ensuring interoperability standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to define data models, API contracts, authentication/authorization policies, and integration best practices.
Contribute to analyses involving infrastructure and operations—system behavior, integrations, resource consumption, queues, APIs, databases—diagnosing technical issues and proposing solutions.
Provide support to software factories, technology partners, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, technical alignment, and strong delivery performance.
Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree (Master's) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
Experience in software development, preferably in the retail sector;
Experience with integrations and inter-system communication, including REST APIs, messaging, events, authentication, and integration patterns.
Strong technical background in the design and implementation of supply chain tools (WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP);
