Sr Business System Analyst supporting standardization and automation of S2P processes for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. Responsible for collaborating with IT project managers and ensuring successful technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with and support IT project managers.
Work as part of project management office delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Report directly to our Director of IT.
Work out of our Phoenix, Arizona or Charlotte, North Carolina location.
Support the standardization, optimization, and automation of Source to Pay( S2P) processes— including Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.
Ensure the successful execution of our technology initiatives.
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, instrumental in achieving long-term goals.
Requirements
3 plus years of experience working in Information Technology, Supply chain, Engineering, Finance Or HR functions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies
Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python.
Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
