About the role

• Gerente liderando o desenvolvimento e operação do motor de personalização de recomendações na Vivo. Responsável por traduzir necessidades de negócio em capacidades técnicas e coordenar equipes multidisciplinares.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recommendation engine solution, ensuring product quality, alignment with marketing strategies, and the customer experience.
• Manage the recommendation engine roadmap: ensure continuous evolution of the solution to provide faster, more accurate, and more complete responses to channels, human agents, and AI about what to offer or communicate to the customer.
• Lead a technical team and act as the interface with the business area, promoting integration between data, advanced analytics, CRM, and marketing automation to achieve business objectives.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor activities and deliveries, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Analyze metrics and results to propose continuous improvements to recommendation rules and models.
• Ensure observability and explainability of the solution’s recommendations by applying best practices in monitoring and telemetry.
• Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders, explaining rules, operation, opportunities, and expected gains from recommendation solutions.
• Ensure effective use of Martech tools and the integration of the recommendation solution with those tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
• Analytical profile with a strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of SQL and an understanding of data structures.
• Previous experience with Martech tools, CRM, marketing automation, and recommendation engines.
• Leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to translate technical terms into business language.
• Preferred: Familiarity with NBA/NBO/NBX solutions.
• Experience with projects involving AI or machine learning models applied to offer recommendations.
