About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deputy leadership of the restaurant's daily operations
  • Lead and develop a young team
  • Set quality and service targets
  • Hands-on participation in daily operations
  • Staff scheduling, inventory management, operational planning & budgeting
  • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including restaurant KPIs
  • Conduct interviews and select employees
  • Deliver employee training

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the restaurant or hotel industry
  • Good German skills – at least C1 level
  • Experience leading teams
  • A motivator and a reliable point of contact for the team
  • An eye for talent
  • Service-oriented working style
