About the role

  • Act in a strategic, consultative role with service providers, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with internal policies, and excellence of delivery. Additionally, drive the implementation of products and solutions with clients, ensuring all stages are executed with quality, on schedule, and aligned with commercial and technical expectations.
  • Serve as a consultative reference for the team and internal departments.
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers (field service), ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Monitor performance indicators (SLAs, KPIs), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Perform audits, contract reviews, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and suppliers, promoting alignment and resolving conflicts.
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of contracted products or services, from understanding requirements to final delivery.
  • Conduct technical assessments of client needs, develop timelines, and oversee all stages of the process.
  • Ensure that resources, suppliers, and teams are aligned for efficient implementations without rework.
  • Validate deliverables and documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction after implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in after-sales processes, technical support, and supplier relationships.

Requirements

  • Preferred: knowledge of project management.
  • Control tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational skills, and strategic vision.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Presentation tools (PowerPoint or similar).
