About the role

  • Manage client relationships and incorporation processes at Vistra in Singapore. Drive client satisfaction and uphold corporate compliance across offshore jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador and main point of contact for clients
  • Be an account manager and upsell Group's services to the existing client base
  • Assist clients in the setting up of companies in different offshore jurisdictions
  • Day-to-day pre and post incorporation of companies
  • Work with end client and associated end clients
  • Work with professional intermediary firms like lawyers, bankers and CPAs
  • Ensure corporate regulatory and KYC compliance
  • Other ad-hoc work duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University or Polytechnic Graduates from Business Administration or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
  • 6 years of relevant work experience (On-the-job training will be provided)
  • Client service and engagement experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Eloquent communication skills
  • Good to have: Use of Salesforce and Viewpoint
  • High professional integrity
  • Positive attitude, team player
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently
