Responsibilities
Act as an ambassador and main point of contact for clients
Be an account manager and upsell Group's services to the existing client base
Assist clients in the setting up of companies in different offshore jurisdictions
Day-to-day pre and post incorporation of companies
Work with end client and associated end clients
Work with professional intermediary firms like lawyers, bankers and CPAs
Ensure corporate regulatory and KYC compliance
Other ad-hoc work duties as assigned
Requirements
University or Polytechnic Graduates from Business Administration or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
6 years of relevant work experience (On-the-job training will be provided)
Client service and engagement experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Eloquent communication skills
Good to have: Use of Salesforce and Viewpoint
High professional integrity
