About the role

  • Account Executive focusing on programmatic operations for omnichannel DSPs at Vistar Media. Collaborating with clients to ensure flawless campaign setups and monitoring in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the day to day support contact for omnichannel DSPs utilising the Vistar SSP across EMEA
  • Assist in responding to client briefs with data-driven recommendations.
  • Hands-on management of campaign setups and monitoring
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve delivery issues, creative rejection hurdles, or technical glitches within the bid stream.
  • Monitor daily revenue and spend patterns across the EMEA region.
  • Proactively identify under-pacing campaigns and work with the DSP partners to scale spend.
  • Track regional performance to support the Director, Supply UK identify growth opportunities for key DSPs
  • Manage general day-to-day communications with agency partners and DSP traders.
  • Maintain internal tracking docs to ensure the sales team is always up to speed on account health..

Requirements

  • Experience of ad-tech platforms would be an advantage
  • Proactive and driven, with a strong work ethic
  • A problem solver with strong critical thinking skills
  • Possessing excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • High accountability and self-awareness
