Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of retail clients and capture orders through the order input system (VAN/EDI);
Monitor execution of the promotional calendar;
Implement commercial strategy in retail, including field promotion and merchandising activities;
Monitor commercial KPIs and sales performance;
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment and compliance with commercial agreements;
Provide reports and share execution data with leadership;
Analyze sell-out data and identify growth opportunities in retail;
Manage commercial investments in retail, including JBP (Joint Business Plan) and T2T;
Monitor and analyze results of promotional and trade marketing activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management within the retail pharmacy channel;
Strategic business mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities;
Proficiency in sell-out data analysis and development of action plans;
Intermediate knowledge of trade marketing tools such as Pharmalink and experience managing commercial investments;
Leadership skills with ability to mentor and train teams;
Knowledge of logistics operator operations (3PL/Logistics Providers);
Availability to travel.
