About the role

  • Travel Sales Consultant managing agent accounts and resolving grievances for B2B travel tech startup. Educating community members and enhancing travel experiences through efficient processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents
  • Educate members about TravClan and manage 100-200 business accounts
  • Work closely with finance, product, and marketing teams to improve processes
  • Ensure customer delight while managing agents' grievances
  • Host country-wide offline and online events/meet-ups

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the travel industry
  • Comfortable with sales/targets
  • Ability to speak with customers on call for a minimum of 4-5 hours daily
  • Good at resolving customer queries or escalations
  • Willing to work long hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily
  • Excited about working on Saturdays
