About the role

  • Selling the VistaJet Program membership in your designated territory;
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships;
  • Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close;
  • Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their Direct flight business;
  • Managing current customer accounts and maintain customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the Customer Experience team;
  • Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the following is essential, both written and verbal: Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Slovakian
  • At least four years of proven experience selling high value services, including building your own pipeline.
  • Private aviation experience desirable
  • Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable.
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
