Sales Director responsible for selling VistaJet Program membership in Eastern Europe. Managing the sales process and customer relationships in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
Selling the VistaJet Program membership in your designated territory;
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships;
Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close;
Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their Direct flight business;
Managing current customer accounts and maintain customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the Customer Experience team;
Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate.
Requirements
Fluency in one of the following is essential, both written and verbal: Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Slovakian
At least four years of proven experience selling high value services, including building your own pipeline.
Private aviation experience desirable
Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable.
Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process.
You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
