About the role

Responsibilities

  • Technical leadership and development of the Back Office repair sales team
  • Ensuring efficient quotation and order quality in the repair business
  • Personnel and capacity planning and management
  • Organizing, managing and continuously optimizing sales-related workflows and processes
  • Developing, maintaining and expanding sales and quality KPIs
  • Active participation in day-to-day operations and support with complex cases
  • Close collaboration with regional sales teams, repair processing and adjacent departments

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister), technician (Techniker) or technical business administrator
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or technical environments
  • Confident use of IT and CRM systems (MS Office and PiSA)
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • High level of self-motivation
