Responsibilities
Technical leadership and development of the Back Office repair sales team
Ensuring efficient quotation and order quality in the repair business
Personnel and capacity planning and management
Organizing, managing and continuously optimizing sales-related workflows and processes
Developing, maintaining and expanding sales and quality KPIs
Active participation in day-to-day operations and support with complex cases
Close collaboration with regional sales teams, repair processing and adjacent departments
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational training
Further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister), technician (Techniker) or technical business administrator
Several years of professional experience in sales or technical environments
Confident use of IT and CRM systems (MS Office and PiSA)
