Customer Relationship Manager responsible for developing long-term client relationships in the UK. Focused on driving commercial growth and client retention through business software solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned UK clients, providing proactive, consultative support.
Develop and implement structured account management plans, with a focus on key accounts and affiliated businesses.
Identify and progress sales opportunities aligned to both client objectives and regional ARR targets.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor account performance, pipeline activity, and demand forecasting to support strategic planning.
Play an active role in supporting the continued growth of our UK business.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client relationship or account management, with exposure to sales.
At least 5 years’ experience selling and supporting business software solutions and/or SaaS technologies within the SME or mid-market sector.
Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP, Sage, Microsoft or Epicor would be advantageous.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
Working knowledge of accounting principles (or willingness to develop this knowledge).
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
A consultative approach with a clear focus on delivering value.
Highly organised and comfortable working within defined processes and systems.
Results-driven, with the ability to manage performance against targets.
Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
