About the role

  • Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones.
  • Ability to installing the required software.
  • Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones).
  • Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing).
  • Local network laying, configuration, maintenance.
  • User's workplace preparation.
  • Ability to manage user's accounts (creation, deletion, modification).
  • Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.).
  • Local and remote support to users from different locations.
  • Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration.
  • Consulting and training of users.

Requirements

  • 1+ y. of commercial experience.
  • Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP.
  • Azure Settings, Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of postal services.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC components, understanding of compatibility, and optimization.
  • Ability to work with logs, debug error report.
  • Troubleshooting at the software level.
  • Working in a UNIX shell, basic commands.
  • Working in CMD Windows, basic commands.
  • Knowledge of ip telephony.
  • Working with ACS at the administrator level.
  • Polish - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • English - Intermediate or higher.
  • Ukrainian will be a plus.
