Responsibilities
Leads branch performance by monitoring production, productivity, portfolio mix and results to ensure achievement of strategic objectives and improvement of KPIs
Coordinates, develops and mentors the branch team, promoting strategic alignment, high performance, continuous training and a collaborative environment that drives sustainable results
Builds and strengthens partnerships with brokers, brokerages and clients through visits, reports and participation in professional associations, expanding the business network and promoting innovation
Plans and executes incentive programs, campaigns and trainings using corporate tools to boost sales and team engagement
Manages profitability and expenses by analyzing financial reports and implementing actions to optimize resources and maximize results
Identifies and develops business opportunities by mapping the commercial and socioeconomic potential of the region to expand the branch's reach
Promotes ESG practices and disseminates company values, encouraging training and site visits to ensure strategic alignment and business sustainability
Represents the company at events, in legal matters and in public procurement processes, strengthening the corporate image and ensuring active participation in the region
Oversees administrative and operational activities, guiding departments to ensure efficiency, compliance and innovation
Supports the team in negotiations and client visits, coordinating with internal areas to enable innovative solutions and ensure satisfaction of brokers, brokerages and clients
Requirements
University degree
Postgraduate degree preferred
Intermediate English is a plus
Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
Mandatory experience with an insurance company, brokerage or advisory firm
Proven experience managing commercial insurance teams
Must have own car and a valid driver's license (CNH)
Reside in Belo Horizonte or nearby cities
