Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating, and executing service transitions to ensure a seamless handover between business units and external partners.
Creating and executing detailed transition plans that outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Collaborating closely with project teams and cross-functional departments to ensure full alignment with transition objectives and deliverables.
Leading the transition of services between BP/GES and GES/BPO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about progress.
Identifying potential risks associated with transitions and developing mitigation strategies.
Overseeing hand-over upon completion of the implementation project.
Delivering projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
8–10 years of experience in managing complex Transition Projects, ideally Process Transformation Projects, including workshop facilitation
Strong Project management skills, preferably experience in project management tools (e.g. LSS, PMP, Agile, Waterfall and Scrum)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
International experience required
Knowledge of business cases and capacity planning.
