About the role

  • Trade Marketing Professional focusing on trade marketing strategies and campaigns for Villeroy & Boch. Engaging in product placement and customer interaction initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual marketing calendar: plan, execute, and follow up on promotions, events, and in-house exhibitions (including evaluation and reporting)
  • Create marketing packages for key initiatives; handle customer and sales inquiries (presentations, information), locally adapt materials, and support exclusive customer assortments
  • Support digital activities, including customer online platforms and the concept, copy, and design of email newsletters in coordination with relevant departments
  • Ensure a strong brand presence by defining effective product placements and related campaigns in alignment with the sales team
  • Coordinate advertising activities (brief agencies, distribute materials to customers), align the content plan with PR colleagues, and liaise with retail associations
  • Manage the marketing budget: planning, purchase order creation, and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in trade marketing and relevant formal qualifications
  • Project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong communication and execution skills when collaborating with stakeholders, e.g., sales, brand marketing, and retail partners
  • Creative with a commercial focus and a proactive mindset
  • Fluent in German and English
